Why choose me for your voiceovers?
I've been a full-time voiceover since
1999 (I voiced my first ad in 1984), and can
work via ISDN, mp3 & wav (delivered by email or ftp), and also
use VOIP (using Audio TX). Naturally, I can also appear in person!
If you're involved in production and want my
voiceovers showreel on CD please e-mail or call me. Alternatively, to
download it (and other examples of my work)

For TV & radio voiceovers I can do straight and character
voices.
Straight voiceovers range from soft "fluffy" commercials through to
hard "buy it now!" campaigns, and character voiceovers include Richard
III, sports commentators, vicars, camp fashion photographers, old men,
a cross between Peter Lorre and Sir Anthony Hopkins, plus the old
favourites of Santa & Rudolph, among many others. I've provided
voiceovers for numerous "as live" commercials from car dealerships to
supermarket re-openings, and I have a strange ability to read financial
disclaimers very fast.
But that's not all. I can be heard worldwide, having provided
voiceovers for on hold messages, in-store announcements, corporate
& instructional videos and CDs (I've narrated a large medical
project, an interactive tour of Liverpool, safety training programmes
and even a video on the right way to carve ham), exhibitions, web sites
and computer games - I can perform voiceovers for whatever you require,
and can provide material via ISDN, CD, various audio file formats,
audio over ip (using Audio TX) or even in
person. For availability please
visit this page. Alternatively, just call or email me.
As well as radio, TV, and corporate voiceovers, I feature
regularly on in-store announcements for HSBC, Nisa, Spar,
Lloyds Chemists, Moto Service Stations, Wickes and many more.
I've been part of the team that won a
Gold Sony Radio Academy Award (Murf Media), featured on a VOX
Award-winning commercial in 2009, and I regularly supplied
voiceovers for Virgin Radio. I've
also provided voiceovers for trailers for the BBC, and in 2006 was the
voice of tv channel Treasures TV, which was available on digital
satellite in
the UK. I'm a member of Equity.
